Sound first
The R-N600A is constructed to Yamaha's ToP-ART principle. Top-ART design ensures that the signal path is as short and as symmetrical as possible. This results in the highest precision and lowest distortion. The low-vibration chassis is equipped with a resin frame Art Base that absorbs vibrations for a cleaner sound. A Pure Direct switch bypasses the tone and balance controls for an even more detailed, true-to-life sound quality.

With 80 watts per channel, this Yamaha has ample power to hand. Powerful enough for large scale, high volume music, the R-N600A is bound to be a party-pleaser. For a boost to the bottom end, simply add your choice of active sub, via the dedicated subwoofer output.

Compatible with Amazon Music, Spotify, Pandora, Napster, Tidal, Deezer and Qobuz, the R-N600A is fully equipped for your favourite music streaming service. The Yamaha R-N600A is part of Yamaha's hugely impressive network audio system, MusicCast. With MusicCast you control all your compatible Yamaha MusicCast products via your smartphone or even Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant by voice*. Play the same music on all the components or split the sound into different zones for different moods in each room; the choice is yours. The MusicCast CONTROLLER app lets you operate the system around your home and change settings quickly and easily. *requires third party Alexa or Google device.
Advanced networking including Apple AirPlay and Bluetooth
As well as MusicCast, this Yamaha is also compatible with Apple AirPlay 2, letting you stream music from your Apple iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad or other compatible Apple device, wirelessly, around your home.
