Following on from the multi-award-winning Eris, the Eris2 5.0 features a raft of improvements that make this classic hi-fi stand the best yet. The improvements focus around making the stand more rigid, stable, taller and more adaptable in terms of leg height options. It also has an increased weight limit, too.
Bamboo shelves for style and sound quality
The Atacama Eris2 5.0 features shelves made from carbonised, high density bamboo resin composite. This not only gives them a natural appeal but is also a sustainable environmental resource and, as it happens, helps the sound quality, too. The properties of the material suit hi-fi shelving perfectly. Being both rigid and dampening, the shelves provide the ideal isolating platform for your hi-fi or AV equipment.
Isolated for reduced distortion between components
Each shelf is supported by steel frames that come fitted with mini isolation gel pads that are designed to decouple the shelf from the frame. Each shelf is further isolated by three adjustable spikes.
Modular design that lets the rack grow with your system
Being modular, you can extend the Eris2 5.0 rack to any height you want. Start with the base pack or, as here, a base pack plus two additional shelves, and add to it as your hi-fi collection builds.
Choose your colour
The Eris2 5.0 comes with a choice of natural bamboo shelves, or for a premium price, dark bamboo. You can also choose between Satin Black legs (as featured here) and Diamond White.
