Even better, thanks to its UST (Ultra-Short Throw) technology and easy setup, you can achieve a big, cinematic picture in any room. Smart TV and a wide range of connectivity make the PL2 as convenient to use as a regular TV, meaning you don’t have to make sacrifices for the fully immersive picture.
Brighter laser technology
Using the latest version of Hisense’s X-Fusion laser technology, the PL2 delivers a brighter and more room-friendly image than ever. Compared to the PL1, brightness has increased to 2700 lumens, making it even better suited to watching during daytime viewing. An improved contrast ratio enhances the picture’s depth, giving a more lifelike and natural image then before.
Total HDR solutions, including HDR10+ and Dolby Vision
For the best in real time picture quality, the PL2 features HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Both of these technologies take HDR to the next level by analysing the picture on a metadata basis, giving you picture optimisation in real time. What this means is optimal picture detail, even within the darkest sections of the image. Spin a Dolby Vision or HDR10+ movie or game and be prepared to be blown away by just how much depth and detail the picture has.
See the director’s view, with Filmmaker Mode
Movies look more immersive than ever on a big screen, so what better way to see them than with Filmmaker Mode. Designed in collaboration with filmmakers and Hollywood studios, Filmmaker Mode lets you experience the cinematic vision, exactly as the director intended. Overriding the projector’s own motion and picture processing, Filmmaker Mode presents the correct aspect ratio, colour and frame rate – just as the filmmakers intended.
Ideal for big screen gaming
When connecting a games console to the PL2 via HDMI, Game Mode is automatically activated. Featuring ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), you get the lowest level of lag for super-fast responsiveness and game play.
Choose a screen size that suits you, from 80” – 150”
With an improved spec, the PL2 not only offers an even larger image size than before but also sits closer to the screen, too. Choose between 80 to 150 inch screen projection, for the best fit in your room. Ideally matched with an optional ALR screen, the great advantage with a projector is that, if you move home and have more/less space, you just need to change the screen rather than the whole TV.
Dolby Atmos compatible speaker system
With its built-in, upwards firing Dolby Atmos compatible speaker system, the PL2 easily matches most TVs for sound quality. Upgrading the sound is just as easy as with a TV, too. Simply use the HDMI eARC or optical digital outputs to connect to your choice of soundbar or AV system.
Smart TV made easy, with VIDAA
VIDAA OS makes Smart TV easy. The intuitive launcher offers a custom display of the apps you use most. Content discovery previews recommendations of the latest shows and movies from the selected app. There’s also one-touch, direct access to the most popular apps - Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and more - all at the touch of a button.
Voice control
For effortless voice control, this Hisense projector has VIDAA voice command built in. Simply speak your command to the remote by pressing the voice command button.
Auto Keystone Correction for easy setup
