Freeview Play – catch-up TV made easy
Connect the box to your Internet via Wi-Fi and you can enhance your TV viewing with effortless catch-up TV. Catching up on programmes you've missed is easy - simply use the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) to 'scroll' back on the last seven days TV programmes. With support for the BBC iPlayer, ITVX (STV in Scotland), All 4 and My5, the great majority of the last seven days’ worth of TV are just a scroll away (requires broadband Internet connection with a minimum speed of 2Mbps).
Record up to 300 hours of TV
With its built-in 500GB hard drive, the T4-R stores up to 300 hours of TV. Perfect for recording series and watching in your own time or for recording all your favourite programmes while you’re away. Unlike catch-up TV, once you’ve recorded a programme, there’s no time limit on how long you’ve got to watch it.
Rewind and pause live TV and record two programmes at once
Featuring twin tuners, the T4-R has the ability to pause and rewind live TV – perfect if you miss a crucial moment while you’ve just popped out of the room. A further benefit is being able to record two programmes at once – ideal for those times when all the good TV is on at the same time.
