With its larger cabinet and 3-way driver layout, the Mission LX-6 MKII produces unrestrained power and dynamics. 3-way speakers separate the bass and mid-range letting each concentrate on their dedicated frequency. This gives you deeper, more powerful bass and a mid-range focused on vocal and instrumental clarity. The larger size makes the LX-6 MKII ideal for sizable rooms and as front home cinema speakers.
Dedicated bass units
With dedicated bass drivers the LX-6 MKII reaches down deeper, picking out the lowest bass notes that may otherwise be missed or just hinted at – right down to the frequencies usually only picked up by a separate subwoofer. This means that a full orchestra has more scale and a live stadium concert has more impact than before.
Accurate sound
There's much more to the Mission LX-6 MKIIs than sheer power alone. The speakers use Mission's traditional 'D'Appolito' configuration for time-aligned sound. What this means is a more focused, precise sound that snaps vocals into sharp relief. Used with a decent quality recording and source it can truly sound like the vocalists are 'there' in the room with you.
Advanced technology
Using technology developed from Mission’s more expensive ZX and QX models, the LX MKII range benefits from these enhancements. Using serrations around the drivers, helps scatter adverse reflections, meaning you get a purer, more lifelike sound quality.
Smooth design – available in three different finishes
Available in a choice of Walnut Pearl, Lux Black or Lux White, there’s a finish to suit all decors. The rounded front baffle is free from any grille or speaker fittings, making it look clean and easy on the eye. For an even more discreet look, simply attach the supplied grilles.
