Based on the multi-award-winning Uniti Atom, the Atom Headphone Edition concentrates on getting the very best from your prized headphones. At its heart is a dedicated headphone amp that’s powerful enough to get the best out of even the most power-hungry headphones. Suitable for headphones from 16 ohms upwards, the Atom Headphone Edition delivers dynamic vitality to bring your headphones to life.
Choice of headphone output
Just as you’d expect from a top quality headphone amp, the Uniti Atom Headphone Edition comes with balanced and unbalanced connections. At the front there’s a choice of 4.4mm Pentaconn (balanced) and 6.35mm unbalanced connections. For studio type headphones, you’ll find a 4-pin XLR (balanced) connection at the rear.

Much more than just a headphone amp, the Uniti Atom Headphone Edition contains a world-class network streamer and system pre-amp. A choice of Balanced XLR and RCA phono outputs let you connect to your choice of power amp or active speakers.

Stream music your way
Whichever way you stream your music, the Uniti delivers. With direct access to Spotify Connect (Premium Spotify account required), Tidal and thousands of Internet radio stations, you can enjoy near limitless music. Chromecast is built-in, seamlessly linking to hundreds of supporting apps, such as Deezer, Qobuz and SoundCloud. If you prefer to stream within your own network, UPnP (Universal Plug n’ Play) is also supported – right up to High Resolution 32 bit/384 kHz files.
AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth
Stream music from your Apple device or iTunes with AirPlay 2 and you’ll not only hear your music library or favourite music service but also take advantage of Apple’s multiroom system. Alternatively, for a quick and easy link for anyone in the room, link a smartphone by Bluetooth and share the music instantly.

As well as Apple’s AirPlay 2, the Uniti Atom offers two other ways to go multiroom. Either go Google or, better still, use the Naim app to link up all your compatible Naim products. The slick Naim app then lets you listen to the same music all around your home or different music in different rooms. The latest Uniti range is also Roon Ready for enhanced music searching.
Digital and analogue inputs
The Uniti Atom Headphone Edition is equipped with a wide range of inputs. Twin USB sockets (front and rear) are ideal for connecting temporary and permanent media devices. You can store up to 20,000 tracks to a local USB connected device, making this the ideal way to access your digital music library. Three digital inputs are perfect for sources such as a CD/DVD/Blu-ray player, games console and TV set-top box, while the analogue RCA input is ideal for a turntable (with pre-amp built-in).

Offering ultra-smooth rotation and clear visual segment lighting, it’s probably the volume control you’ll be using the most. Typical of Naim’s attention to detail, the volume control also incorporates the Bluetooth antenna for a seamless style.

100% magnesium drivers
The latest version of the award-winning Clear headphones now feature 100% magnesium speaker drivers. Lighter than before, the new drivers deliver a faster, even more precise sound than the original Clear headphones. The M-shaped drivers continue to provide an exceptionally accurate and natural sound. If you want to hear through to the heart of the music, these are the headphones for you.
Revised open back design
With a new open back design, the Clear Mg’s let the sound truly ‘breathe’. Although this lets sound leak outside it also allows the drivers to move with the least resistance possible – less resistance leads to finer detail, especially at lower volume levels. Being able to spread the sound further also gives these headphones a near holographic soundstage. Close your eyes and you could be there.
Lightweight and comfortable
The solid aluminium yoke provides a strong but lightweight support for the speakers. Combined with the leather and microfibre covered headband and rotating earpiece adjustment, you get the perfect fit for long-term listening pleasure.

For the highest quality, balanced connection, use the 3m XLR4 balanced cable. With a compatible headphone amp, the balanced connection gives you the lowest levels of distortion and most detail. If you’re on the move, simply switch to the 1.2m lead with portable-friendly 3.5mm plug. A 6.35mm adaptor is also supplied with this cable, making it ideal for desktop use with a non-balanced 6.35mm headphone output.
