Active speakers - just plug and play
With built-in amplification, there's no need for a separate amplifier. With a punchy 42 watt amp built-in, these speakers are more than capable of filling all but the largest of rooms with immersive sound. Simply plug the active speaker into the mains and connect the other, passive, speaker via conventional speaker cable. Next, plug in your music source directly and you're good to go - no extra amp required.
Hi-Fi sound
Versatile and easy to use, the Pioneer DM40s are also genuine hi-fi speakers. Their soft dome tweeters give a smooth and detailed treble response. For the bass and mid-range, fibreglass woofers backed up by bass reflex ports provide a punchy and upbeat sound.
Designed to perform
The cabinets' curved front edges provide maximum rigidity and minimum resonance for a clean sound at all volumes - and they'll look great in your home set-up.
