The supplied Ortofon 2M Silver cartridge features the same silver-plated copper coils as fitted to the more expensive 2M Bronze and 2M Black models. The improved spec increases the channel separation over the lower 2M Red model, giving you enhanced imaging for a more natural soundstage.

The Pro-Ject Connect it Phono E MiniXLR is designed to link a Pro-Ject (or other brand) of turntable with RCA phono outputs to a suitable XLR-equipped balanced phono pre-amp. Suitable turntables include the Pro-Ject X1 B and X2 B, combined with the Pro-Ject Phono Box S3 B and Phono Box DS3 B phono pre-amps and an MC or special MM balanced cartridge.
