The Roberts Rambler Uno’s design is inspired by the company’s mid-century classic radios. With its vinyl wrap and wooden ‘cheeks,’ the style is instantly familiar, yet with a fresh new appeal. This portable radio is also streets ahead in tech, with DAB+/DAB radio onboard and Bluetooth streaming for wireless music and podcasts from your smartphone. Mains or battery powered for portability, it’s the perfect radio for your travels.
Bluetooth connectivity for wireless music streaming
Featuring wireless music streaming via Bluetooth, it’s easy to link up to your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Simply pair with your device and stream your favourite music streaming services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and BBC Sounds.
Digital and FM radio
Fitted with DAB+, DAB and FM tuners, the Roberts Rambler Uno is well equipped for tuning into a wide range of radio stations. DAB+ and DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) give you access to the widest range of stations, in crisp and clear digital sound quality. In case your favourite stations aren't available in DAB, the Rambler Uno is also equipped with an FM tuner.
A new twist on a classic design
No one does retro radio style quite like Roberts; after all, it was Roberts who pioneered this style back in the 1970s. The Rambler Uno has all the classic design features that evoke its rich heritage but brought bang up to date with the latest materials. The wooden side cheeks, for example, are now made from sustainable bamboo rather than hardwood. Aluminium controls bring a luxury feel, as well as reducing the amount of plastics used.
Rich, full-bodied sound
Featuring a full range driver with additional bass radiator, the Rambler Uno has the smooth, full-bodied sound that you’d expect from this classic brand. Equaliser settings let you fine tune the bass and treble. Especially good with speech but also surprisingly punchy with music, listening to the Rambler Uno is always a pleasure.
Mains or battery powered
Supplied with a mains transformer, the Rambler Uno is the perfect radio for your kitchen, bedroom or home office. It also features a battery compartment that accepts 4 x AA batteries for full portability. If you use rechargeable (NiNH) batteries, you can leave them in place and use the mains charger to recharge them, with a display icon informing you when they’re charged.
20 presets for quick station access
For quick and easy station recall, the Rambler Uno stores your favourite 10 DAB and 10 FM stations. Once you’ve saved your regular stations, simply press the favourite button and turn the dial to your desired station.
