With two speakers contained within its cylindrical case, the StormBox 2 projects sound through 360 degrees. This makes it perfect for hiking trips and BBQs when you want everyone nearby to get the best sound. Delivering a peak 34 watt power output, it’s got plenty of punch to cut through the background noise.
Tune the sound via the Tribit app
Download the Tribit app and you get to tune the sound to your preferences. Choose from six scenes to get the best balance to suit or use the DIY EQ mode to tune the sound to your precise needs.
Pair for parties
For larger spaces and even more immersive sound, simply add another StormBox 2 speaker and pair up using the TWS mode. Whether you’re using one or two speakers, XBass technology gives a deeper response for added presence.
Listen for longer
With up to 24 hours of playback time, you’ll be able to party through the night and into the next day, before needing to recharge. Recharge in around 4 hours and you’ll be all set for another 24 hours playback.
Rugged design
Robustly built, the StormBox 2 is designed for life on the go. Waterproof to the IPX7 standard, the speaker can be fully immersed in depths of water between 15cm and 1 metre for up to 30 minutes. It’s not something that we’d recommend, but it is reassuring when you’re at a festival or camping trip and the rain is pouring down. On a sunnier note, it’s also ideal for worry-free poolside use.
