The Zidoo UHD8000 is a high quality media player with a vast array of versatility. Add HDD drives and stream saved movies in up to 8K resolution. Powerful processing ensures smooth processing and a wide range of compatibility, including Dolby Atmos and HDR10+. It also works as a music streamer and USB DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor), making it ideal for your audio system, too.

Featuring a new generation Amlogic 64-bit penta-core processor and 8GB DDR4 RAM plus 64GB eMMC memory, the UHD8000 has the power to facilitate smooth and seamless streaming, even with data-rich, high resolution video.
Dual HDD bays for up to 32TB video storage
You can connect media storage drives via twin USB 3.0 interfaces. Or, for a self-contained solution, there are two HDD bays onboard. Each bay accommodates an HDD drive up to 16TB, giving a total storage potential of up to 32TB, which is ample for a vast range of high resolution movies, TV and music.
Supports 8K, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and more
Thanks to its powerful processing and high capacity storage potential, the UHD8000 supports a wide range of formats. In terms of video, it’s compatible with 8K resolution, as well as Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Compatible audio formats include Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and a wide range of lossless music formats, including DSD, APE, FLAC and WAV.

Connect your home computer or laptop via the USB Audio input and use the UHD8000 as a premium quality DAC. With its built-in ESS9069Q DAC, this media player produces highly dynamic and detailed sound that easily surpasses that of most soundcards.
Dual HDMI outputs for dedicated sound and vision
Utilising two custom chips, the HDMI output signal can be split between dedicated sound and vision HDMI outputs. This reduces interference between the signals, enhancing the signal purity for both sound and vision. Connect to your TV or projector via the Main HDMI output, using the Audio output for your AV receiver.
Versatile connections, including XLR balanced outputs
Supporting dual band wi-fi and Bluetooth, the UHD8000 effortlessly connects with your wireless components. As well as the USB interface, there are also coaxial and optical digital inputs for audio sources, such as a CD player. As well as outputting via HDMI to your AVR, you can also output via RCA phono or XLR balanced, studio quality, outputs to a hi-fi system, further enhancing the player’s versatility.
