All part exchange items must be complete and in good working order.

Trade-in quotations are offered at the sole discretion of Richer Sounds and we reserve the right to refuse any trade in request.

If you are unable to bring a trade in item to a local store for assessment, we may ask for photo or video evidence to confirm the items condition. Exclusions apply and we reserve the right to issue your trade in value retrospectively. Where trade-ins are concluded remotely, collection will be arranged by Richer Sounds.

Quotations, including trade in values are usually valid for 7 days however we reserve the right to amend or remove minimum trade in values or end our trade in promotion without prior notice.

Where minimum trade in values are listed on products, this is the minimum you will be offered if your trade in is accepted (in line with the conditions above) – Please contact your local store or our telesales team with any questions you may have.

Please note that we are unable to accept the following items for trade in, headphones or earphones (due to hygiene reasons), smart Bluetooth speakers such as Chromecast & Alexa and clock radios.
